NUST is proud to announce that two of its distinguished faculty members from NUST School of Health Sciences have been awarded prestigious PhD scholarships under the Higher Education Commission’s International Research Support Initiative Program (IRSIP).

Prof. Dr. Farah Rashid (Head of the Department of Community Medicine, NSHS) has been awarded an International Research Fellowship at the University of Liverpool, UK, for her PhD in Public Health. Dr. Hira Moin (Assistant Professor, Department of Physiology at NSHS) has secured a PhD research opportunity at the University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

These remarkable accomplishments reflect NSHS’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, research innovation, and global collaboration. Heartiest congratulations to both faculty members on this significant achievement!
