Task Oriented Assessment of Clinical Skills
-The 4th Extended TOACS (Task Oriented Assessment of Clinical Skills) Preparatory Course for FCPS, MCPS and MS examination was held at NSHS on 19th September 2025. The course was organized by Professor Dr. Naheed Bano, HOD, Obstetrics and Gynecology, NSHS with full support from Professor Noreen Majeed .
The objective was to prepare candidates for the above specialization examinations in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
42 participants from twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi along with those from KPK, AJK and other parts of country attended the course. 12 senior faculty members from different, highly ranked medical colleges conducted sessions in the course.
There was a blend of hands-on training and interactive small group discussions on various topics covering the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology with constructive feedback given to the participants. This course is designed to polish the essential skills of next generation of gynecologists and obstetricians who are on the frontlines of saving the mothers and children of our nation, enabling them to contribute to building a more prosperous Pakistan.
All this was possible due to exceptional support of Principal NSHS and administrative staff of NSHS.
