Industrial Visit | BS HND (Food Analysis & Sensory Evaluation)

On 2 February 2026, our HND students had an enriching industrial visit to Dawn Bread in Islamabad, where they explored the complete journey of bread production. Mr. Abdul Kareem Khan (GM Production) and Ms. Saima Baig (Assistant Manager QA) for facilitating the visit and demonstrations about the food safety, quality assurance, processing, packaging, and supply. Students gained firsthand insight into hygiene practices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and modern quality control systems.
The industrial visits bridge the gap between theory and practice and play a vital role in shaping future food and nutrition professionals.
