Prof. Dr. Farah Rashid is a highly accomplished public health professional with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Her dedication to public health education is evident throughout her impressive academic credentials and extensive work experience. she has wonderful working experience as public health specialist in NHS UK. Her projects won various awards and nominated for Excellency Award. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health (FRSPH), further solidifying her expertise and global recognition. Currently she is PHD fellow at Health Services Academy Islamabad, Dr. Farah possesses a Master of Public Health (MPH) from a prestigious institution like the University of Leeds, UK. Her pursuit of a Master of Health Professions Education (MHPE) further highlights her passion for developing future generations of healthcare professionals. She is in medical education/academia since 2006. She served as Assistant, Associate & Professor in various medical colleges. Currently she is working as Professor and HOD department of Community Medicine /Public Health NSHS. She has many national and international Publications. Her main area of interests are epidemiology biostatistics, school health, Maternal and child health and Non-communicable chronic diseases like mental health, diabetes and breast cancer.
