Over the past 18+ years, my journey has been shaped by one core focus: building people, systems, and institutions that create real impact. Served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at HPC Consultancy Ltd. UK, where I lead multi-country operations across digital platforms, executive education, consulting, and technology-driven initiatives. My work revolves around turning ideas into scalable systems, aligning strategy with execution, strengthening governance, and building structures that sustain long-term growth. What drives me most is not just managing operations, but enabling transformation, whether it’s helping organizations improve how they function, supporting leaders in navigating complexity, or contributing to initiatives that create opportunities for others. Before this, I worked in higher education as Director Industrial Linkages & Assistant Professor at Iqra University, where I had the opportunity to lead departments and build partnerships with 350+ organizations. That experience shaped my belief that meaningful progress happens when academia, industry, and real-world practice come together. Alongside my leadership roles, I have been actively involved in consulting and training, working with organizations such as UNFPA, Population Council, HEC, NIBAF, FBR, and WAPDA. Through 200+ training programs and advisory engagements, I’ve worked with professionals, educators, and institutions to strengthen leadership, systems, and performance. At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: sustainable impact comes from aligning people, purpose, and systems.
