BS HND Students Secured 1st Position at the Prestigious AFS Venture Spark Business Plan Competition

A Proud Achievement for NSHS NUST – BS HND Students Shine! 🌟
On 12th February 2026, the students of the BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics (HND) program from National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) have proudly secured 🥇 1st Position at the prestigious AFS Venture Spark Business Plan Competition 2026, hosted at Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Agriculture. The winning team members are Syeda Aiman Hamdani, Dua Malik, Aqsa Rauf, Maryam Rasool and Aman Mukhtar.
With 600+ business plans submitted nationwide and only 100 shortlisted after rigorous evaluation, this achievement stands as a true testament to excellence and dedication.
The event was honored by the presence of Ben Warrington, Head of the Lahore Office of the British High Commission, as Chief Guest. Senior academic leaders from Ghazi University, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, and University of Agriculture Swat were also present. Prominent institutions including State Bank of Pakistan, Habib Bank Limited, Bank of Punjab, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank Limited contributed through networking, mentorship, and commercialization opportunities.
This outstanding success reflects the academic excellence, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit nurtured among BS HND students at NUST.
