Preparatory Course OBGYN
-The 1st Long Case Preparatory Course for MS in OB/GYN and DGO examination was held at PAEC Hospital on 29th September 2025. The course was organized by Professor Dr. Naheed Bano, HOD, Obstetrics and Gynecology, NSHS and Dr. Mussarrat Ashraf, HOD, PAEC Hospital.
The objective was to prepare candidates for the above specialization examinations in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Participants from twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi attended the course. 10 senior faculty members from NSHS, PAEC Hospital, NESCOM Hospital and KRL Hospital conducted sessions in the course.
Case discussions were held after complete history taking and examination of patients and constructive feedback was given to the participants. This course is designed to polish the essential skills of next generation of gynecologists and obstetricians who are on the frontlines of saving the mothers and children of our nation, enabling them to contribute to building a healthier and more prosperous Pakistan.
