Pinktober Closing Ceremony

Pinktober 2025 Final Seminar and Closing Ceremony, on October 31, 2025 marked the conclusion of the month-long breast cancer awareness campaign. The event marked the formal closing of the initiative, celebrating community engagement, and reinforcing the core message of “awareness, hope, and the power of early detection” across the NUST community and outreach centers.

The campaign, driven by the NUST community, championed the core principle that knowledge is power. We empowered hundreds with educational sessions on risk factors, prevention, and early detection. From free specialist screenings at NSHS to vital community outreach at Golra BHU , we prioritized inclusivity and equitable health

The Final Seminar served as a powerful closing statement for a highly engaged campaign. The event provided a platform to reflect on the success of the month’s activities in October 2025, which included:

• Four weekly Consultation and Examination Screenings by specialists (Gynae Department) every Friday in October.
• Multiple Health Education and Awareness sessions held across NUST Schools (NMC, NCLS, NBS, S3H, ASAB).
• Significant Community Health Service outreach activities at Mehr-Abadi School G-12, G-13 Health Center, and Golra BHU.
• An inclusive awareness session conducted in at Fatmiah Jinnah Women University.

The final ceremony celebrated the culmination of these efforts, reinforcing the impact of communal action in promoting health and early detection.
