World TB Day at NSHS

The Department of Community Medicine at NUST School of Health Sciences (NSHS) organized an impactful event to commemorate World TB Day on 24th March. The event aimed to raise awareness about tuberculosis and its prevention among students and faculty.
As part of the activities, students created insightful posters and engaging awareness videos, highlighting the importance of early detection and treatment of TB. An interactive session was held where students had the opportunity to exchange thoughts with the principal and other faculty members, fostering a deeper understanding of the disease and public health strategies.
The event concluded with a spirited awareness walk, where faculty members, along with MBBS and HND students, participated enthusiastically to show solidarity in the fight against TB.
